# LASI

> LASI is live auction seller software for TikTok Shop: it tracks inventory at true FIFO cost, runs the show from staging to finalize, packs and ships the orders, handles TikTok returns, files host commissions, and reports the real profit of every stream.

LASI (Live Auction Seller Intelligence) is a web app with an iPhone app, sold as a monthly subscription. It was built inside a working live auction business and is made for sellers who run live auctions on TikTok Shop, especially out of pallets and bins of mixed goods with no manifest.

This LASI is the seller software at www.trylasi.com. It is unrelated to other organizations that share the acronym.

- Connects directly to: TikTok Shop (orders, live sessions, settlements, returns and refunds), Shopify (inventory and orders, both ways). Buying UPS labels on the seller's own account is coming soon.

- Inventory costing: FIFO cost layers for bins of interchangeable units; specific cost per unit for barcoded items. The real cost is recorded on every sale.

- Cash flow: each TikTok order is followed from delivery to settlement to the bank deposit, and fees are replaced order by order with TikTok's own figures.
- Packing: numbered stickers, scan-to-print labels, one label per box.
- Team roles: admin, manager, host, staff and customer service. Cost and profit are visible to admins only.
- AI: LASI is a Claude connector (an MCP server). It reads inventory, shows, profit, cash flow, streams, returns and packing, and can add inventory and build price calculators; it cannot sell, refund, delete stock or change a cost.

## Who it is not for

- Whatnot-only sellers: the live integration is TikTok Shop.
- Brands that need listings synced across Amazon, eBay, Walmart and other marketplaces: LASI does not publish or sync multichannel listings.
- Sellers who do not sell live: most of the product is the show, the count and the packing bench.
