Terms of Service

These terms govern use of LASI, software for live-auction sellers covering inventory, live-show operations, order synchronization, and profit reporting (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Accounts and organizations

An organization is created by its first administrator, who controls membership and roles. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team records and for keeping credentials confidential. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

Subscriptions and trials

Where billing is enabled, new subscriptions begin with a free trial at checkout; a paid subscription is required afterward. Payments are processed by Whop under their terms — we never hold your card details. If a subscription lapses, the Service becomes read-only: your data remains visible and exportable, but changes are blocked until the subscription resumes.

Your data

Your business data is yours. Administrators can export the organization’s data at any time from Settings. On termination we delete your organization’s data on request, per the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to access other organizations’ data, probe or overload the Service, resell it without agreement, or use it for unlawful commerce. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Service or other customers.

Third-party platforms

Connections to TikTok Shop, Shopify, and similar platforms operate under those platforms’ own terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or your accounts with them.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and profit figures are computed from the data you and your connected platforms provide. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
