What is LASI?

Who LASI is for

• Sellers running live auctions on TikTok Shop, from one person with a rack to a team with hosts, packers, a manager and a customer-service agent.
• Sellers buying pallets, liquidation lots or wholesale stock with no manifest, where the hard question is what a unit actually cost.
• Sellers who want to know what one show made, not what the month made.
• Sellers who also run a Shopify store out of the same stock.

Who it is not for

• Whatnot-only sellers. Whatnot sales can be uploaded as a file, but the live connection, stream linking, returns and settlements are TikTok Shop. There are tools built for Whatnot first, and one of those will fit better.
• Brands that need one catalog listed across Amazon, eBay, Walmart and the rest. LASI does not publish or sync listings across marketplaces. A multichannel inventory tool does that job.
• Sellers who do not sell live. Most of the product is the show, the count and the bench. Without those it is more software than the job needs.

What it does

Inventory at true cost

Bins of interchangeable units sit on a FIFO cost ledger, one layer per buy, so a restock at a new price never rewrites the cost of stock already owned. Barcoded items are scanned in and carry their own purchase cost. The real cost is stamped on every sale.

The show, three ways

Stage stock to the set and count back what returns, sell straight off the shelf, or count after the stream. Cancelled orders are pulled back before the count so a bin never ends up quietly short.

Stream analytics

Every stream is kept with its viewers, sales and items sold per minute, and compared by time of day and by host. A Chrome extension reads live viewer counts off the TikTok LIVE dashboard.

Packing

Every sold item gets a numbered sticker. A packer scans any sticker and the label for that box prints, one label per box however many items are in it, with each item ticked before the box seals.

Shipping

What buyers paid for shipping against what the labels cost is tracked per show, whether the labels came from the seller’s own software or from TikTok. Buying labels inside LASI, on the seller’s own UPS account at their own rates, is coming soon.

Returns

TikTok return and cancellation requests arrive in one inbox ordered by deadline. A returns desk checks parcels back in by scanning the label, and like-new units go back to their bin at the cost the sale took them out at.

Hosts and commission

Commission is filed when a show closes. Two hosts on one show are split by sticker number, each paid their own share at their own rate, and a host sees their own pay on their phone.

Profit per stream

Gross, platform fees, cost of goods at what those units actually cost, giveaways, shipping margin and commission, for one show. Fees start as an estimate and are replaced, order by order, with TikTok’s own figures.

Cash flow

Each order is followed from delivery to settlement to the deposit in the bank, and the early-payout fee TikTok does not itemize is counted.

Where it came from

LASI was built inside a working live auction business, not adapted from a warehouse app, and that business still runs on it every week. The counting board, the sticker roll and the returns desk each exist because a show needed them.

LASI and AI assistants

LASI is a Claude connector: an admin can connect their account and ask about stock, shows, streams, cash flow and profit in plain English. With changes allowed it can add inventory and build price calculators; it cannot sell, refund, delete stock or sales, or change a cost.
