How LASI is billed#

LASI is a monthly subscription for your whole business, not per person. Every plan is the whole product — inventory, every show flow, packing, shipping labels, returns, commission, reports, the iPhone app and the Claude connection. Plans differ only in how many orders a month you process and how many people are on your team.

Payments are handled by Whop, the payment processor LASI bills through. Your card, invoices and cancellation live on Whop’s secure pages; LASI never sees or stores your card number.

Billing is managed in Settings → Billing & data, which only admins can open.

The plans#

There are three plans. Pick by whichever limit you reach first — monthly orders or team size. Current prices are on the pricing page and on the plan tiles in Settings.

PlanOrders a monthTeam members
StarterUp to 5,000Up to 2
GrowthUp to 10,000Up to 9
UnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimited

Postage is not part of the price: shipping labels are billed to you by the carrier (or Shippo), and TikTok Shop and Shopify charge their own fees as always.

The free trial#

Admins

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card when the trial starts and nothing is charged until it ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.

A brand-new account is read-only until you start the trial. You can look around, but anything that saves a change asks you to start it first: a banner reads “Start your 7-day free trial to make changes — you won’t be charged until it ends.”, and a blocked change says “Start your free trial in Settings → Billing & data to make changes. Your data is safe and stays readable.”

  1. 1Open Settings → Billing & data (or click Go to billing on the banner).
  2. 2In the Billing card, pick a plan and click Choose Starter, Choose Growth or Choose Unlimited.
  3. 3Whop’s checkout opens. Enter your card and confirm.
  4. 4You come back to LASI with the trial running. The banner counts the days left.

What each billing state means#

The Billing card, and a slim banner above every page when something needs attention, tell you where your account stands.

  1. Trial not started

Read-only until you pick a plan

  2. Free trial

    7 days, everything works

  3. Active

    Paid and current

  4. Payment failed

Still works — fix your card

  5. Ended

    Read-only, export still works

EndedActiveResubscribe
An account moves from trial to active; a failed payment warns first, and only an ended subscription turns read-only.

Ended — LASI is read-only until you resubscribeThe subscription was cancelled or payments stopped. No — you can read and export, not change.

If you do not see a Billing card at all, your account is not billed through LASI’s checkout (for example a complimentary account), and there is nothing to manage.

When a subscription ends (read-only)#

An ended subscription never deletes anything. LASI becomes read-only: every page, report and number stays visible to your whole team, and an admin can still export everything. Only changes are blocked — adding stock, running a show, packing, deciding a return. A blocked change says “Your subscription has ended — subscribe in Settings to keep making changes. Your data is safe and stays readable.”

  1. 1Open Settings → Billing & data.
  2. 2Pick a plan in the Billing card and check out on Whop.
  3. 3Changes work again as soon as Whop confirms the payment — usually within a few seconds.

Team members and plan limits#

Admins and managers

A team member is each login on your business: admins, managers, hosts, packers and customer service. On Starter and Growth the limit is checked twice — when you create an invite, and again when the person accepts it. Invites still waiting to be accepted count towards the limit, so you cannot hand out more invites than you have seats.

When you are full, Create Invite answers with a message naming your plan, your limit and how many people you have, and asks you to upgrade in Settings → Billing & data. An invite that was refused at the door stays pending, so it works as soon as you have room — nobody needs a new link.

Changing your card, plan or invoices#

Admins

Once you have checked out, the Billing card shows a Manage on Whop button. It opens your subscription on Whop, where you can update your payment card, see and download invoices, and cancel.

To move to a bigger plan — because you need more seats or your order volume grew — open Manage on Whop. If you do not see a way to switch plans there, write to support and we will move you.

Cancelling#

Admins

Plans are month to month with no contract. To cancel, open Settings → Billing & data → Manage on Whop and cancel the subscription there.

  • Whop normally keeps the subscription running to the end of the period you already paid for.
  • When Whop ends it, LASI turns read-only (see above). Your data stays, and you can export it at any time.
  • Come back whenever you like: choose a plan again and everything is exactly where you left it.
  • If you want your data gone as well, delete the business (below) — cancelling alone does not delete anything.

Referral links#

If another seller or creator sent you to LASI with their referral link, LASI remembers it on your browser for 30 days and credits them when you start your plan. You do not need to do anything, and it does not change your price. LASI’s affiliate program runs on Whop; questions about it go to support.

Exporting all your data#

Admins

You can download everything your business has recorded — inventory, cost layers, sales, shows, expenses — as one file, at any time, including while the account is read-only.

  1. 1Open Settings → Billing & data.
  2. 2In Your Data, click Export all data.
  3. 3Your browser saves one JSON file. Keep it somewhere safe; it holds your costs and sales.

JSON is a plain, structured text format that other software and spreadsheets can import. For a spreadsheet of one report, use that report’s own download instead.

The audit log#

Admins

Settings → Billing & data → Audit log lists every destructive or accountable action in your business — deleting a show, changing a fee setting, switching on return decisions, removing a team member, renaming the business — with When, Who, Action and Details. Click Load more for older entries.

The log cannot be edited or deleted from the app, by anyone. It is how you answer “who changed that?” after the fact.

Deleting your account or your business#

You can delete your own login at any time. What happens depends on whether you are the last admin.

  • You are not the only admin — only your login is removed. The business and all its records stay; sales history belongs to the business, not to the person who left.
  • You are the only admin — deleting your account deletes the whole business: inventory, sales, shows, team, everything. LASI asks you to type your business name to confirm.

On the web (admins and managers)

  1. 1If you are deleting the business, export your data first (above).
  2. 2Open Settings → Account and click Delete my account….
  3. 3Read the dialog. If it is titled Delete business, type your business name exactly as shown.
  4. 4Click Delete my account — or Delete business and my account if you are the last admin.
trylasi.com/settings#account
The last admin must type the business name before the business can be deleted.

On the iPhone app (everyone)

Open Menu → Delete account, read the page and tap Delete my account. Hosts, packers and customer service, who do not have Settings on the web, delete their login here.

How your data is protected#

  • Encrypted — in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Keys you connect (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Homebase, printers, UPS) are stored with an extra layer of encryption and are never shown back to anyone.
  • Kept apart — every business’s data is walled off from every other business’s, checked on every request.
  • By role — what each person sees follows their role: managers see revenue but not profit or costs, packers see no money, and so on. See Your team and roles.
  • Passwords are at least 10 characters. You can also sign in with Google.
  • Recorded — the audit log keeps who did what, and cannot be altered.

The full details are on the Security page, with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for businesses that need one.

Who at LASI can see your data#

We do not read your business data to run our business. A small fixed list of named LASI staff can open an operator console, and it shows only business names, subscription and billing status, whether your connections are healthy, and an audit trail of administrative actions. It does not show your inventory, costs, sales, orders or profit.

  • There is no “log in as a customer” feature.
  • Nobody in your business — not even an admin — can become a LASI operator, and an invite cannot be used to create one.
  • Every visit to the operator console is itself recorded.
  • Automated nightly jobs read each business’s data only to produce that business’s own reports and alerts, and never move data between businesses.

The Privacy Policy lists every service provider that handles data for LASI (hosting, the database, payments, email, the phone app’s notifications, barcode lookups, printing and so on) and how long records are kept: deleted at once when you delete your business, backups gone within 30 days, and billing records kept for 7 years because the law requires it.

Common questions#

I can’t find Billing in Settings.

Billing & data is for admins only. If you are an admin and the group has no Billing card, your account is not billed through checkout — there is nothing to manage.

Everything says I need to start my trial, but I only want to look around.

You can look at every page without starting it. Saving any change needs the trial, which asks for a card but charges nothing for the trial’s 7 days.

Are any features held back for the bigger plans?

No. Every plan has every feature. Plans differ by monthly orders and team size only.

I can’t invite anyone — it says my plan is full.

Your plan’s team limit counts people already on the team plus invites not yet accepted. Revoke invites you do not need, remove people who have left, or move to a bigger plan.

My payment failed. Is the account locked?

Not yet. Everything keeps working while Whop retries the charge. Click Manage on Whop and update your card to avoid the account ending.

If I cancel, do I lose my data?

No. The account becomes read-only; everything stays visible and exportable, and resubscribing puts it all back to work.

Can LASI staff see my profit?

No. The operator console shows billing status and connection health, never inventory, sales or profit, and every visit to it is logged.

How do I get a copy of everything before I leave?

Settings → Billing & data → Export all data. It works even after the subscription has ended.

I deleted the business by mistake.

Write to support straight away. Deleted records are removed from LASI at once and backups age out within 30 days, so there is no undo button in the app.
