What the staged flow is#
In the staged flow you count stock twice. Before the stream you record how many units of each bin you put on the set (you stage them). After the stream you count what came back. LASI works out what sold: sold = staged − came back.
It suits sellers who wheel several bins onto the set, or pull a fixed number of units out of the warehouse, and want a before-and-after count. If you sell out of one bin and just want to say how many left, the post-show flow is simpler.
You create it on New show by answering Stage first, sell live to “When are you recording sales?”. See Create a show. The show opens on its staging screen.
Before and during the stream
Count units onto the set.
The live board opens.
Add more units mid-show.
After the stream
Phone: pull the cancels, anything else to add?
Sold = staged − came back.
Pull sales, match, giveaways, finalize.
Stage the set#
Admins, managers, hosts and staff
- 1Open the show. On the web the screen has a Staging pill; on the phone it is called Stage the set.
- 2On the Pallets tab, find each bin under Add Pallets. Type how many units go on the set in Qty and click Stage, or click Stage all to take the whole bin.
- 3What you staged is listed under Staged Pallets. Click Remove to take a bin off the set.
- 4Barcoded items go on the SKU Items tab: scan or type a barcode, or search by SKU code or product name and click Stage.
- 5Check the summary bar (for example “120 pallet units + 3 SKU items staged”). Admins also see the staged stock’s estimated cost.
The same screen lets admins and managers pick the Streamer (the host) and everyone set the show’s Date. The Manage staff link opens Settings → Team.
Go live#
- 1When the stream starts, click Go Live on the web, or tap Go live with N units on the phone.
- 2The show’s status becomes Live and the live screen opens.
On the phone, if the stream already happened and you only want to count, Show’s over — count what came back skips the live screen and goes straight to the count.
During the stream: the live screen#
Sales happen on TikTok. The live screen’s main job is to keep the set count right while you add more stock.
Adding stock mid-show
- 1Ran low on a staged bin? Click the violet ADD button on its row (on the phone, the ADD button on the bin).
- 2Type how many units you are bringing out on the keypad and click Add N units. They are added to that bin’s staged count.
- 3Bringing out a bin that was never staged? Click + Add more pallets (on the phone, Add more pallets). Type a quantity next to the bin (or click All), click Add, and Done when finished.

The live board (staged show)
On the web: the sell pad and the order pull
- Sales, Cost and Profit tiles show what has been recorded so far. Cost and profit are for admins.
- Single lets you record one sale: a quantity, a price and Sell. Multi (bundle) lets you put units from two or more bins into one sale with one combined price and Sell Bundle.
- Auto-pull TikTok orders (when TikTok is connected) attaches TikTok’s orders to sales you recorded here, by the number in the listing title. It never creates a sale and never moves stock.
End the show#
On the phone
- 1Tap End show — pull cancels at the bottom of the live board.
- 2Pull the cancels: fetch back every unit whose buyer cancelled after winning and tick it. See Pull the cancels below.
- 3Anything else to add?: if a bin came out during the show that was never staged, pick it here and tap Add N bins and count what came back. Otherwise tap Nothing else — count what came back.
- 4The Count back screen opens.
On the web
- 1Click End Auction on the live screen.
- 2The show moves to Reconciling and the reconcile screen opens.
Pull the cancels (phone)#
When a buyer cancels after winning, the unit you set aside for them will never ship. The count-back books whatever did not come back to the set as sold, so a cancelled unit that is not put back first leaves the bin one short forever. This step lists every cancelled order line from the linked stream so you can fetch each one before you count.
- 1Work down the list. Each row shows the sticker number (when there is one), the product, the size and the quantity, and the buyer’s nickname.
- 2Fetch the unit and tap its row. It gets a green tick and is struck through. Tap again to untick.
- 3The big number shows how many are collected (for example 3 of 5) and how many units are on the list. Until then the button reads 2 cancels still to collect.
- 4When everything is ticked, tap All collected — continue. With no cancels at all it reads Nothing to collect — continue.
When the list cannot load
A list that loaded must be finished before you can move on. Only when LASI cannot build the list at all does it offer a way past, and the screen says why:
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Which stream was this show? | No stream is linked. An admin or manager taps Pick the stream, then the right one, and the list loads. |
| TikTok is not connected | Your admin connects TikTok under Settings → Integrations. You can continue without the list meanwhile. |
| Could not reach TikTok | Tap Try again. If TikTok still does not answer, continue without the list. |
- 1Tap Continue without the list.
- 2Type why, for example “TikTok would not answer”. A reason is required.
- 3Confirm. The reason is saved on the show, so anyone reading it later knows the count was taken without the list.
Count what came back (reconcile)#
Admins, managers, staff, and the show’s own host
This is the moment the show’s stock numbers become real. For every staged bin you enter how many units physically came back, and LASI books the rest as sold.
On the web
- 1Under Pallet Reconciliation, each bin shows Staged and a Remaining box that starts at the staged number. Change Remaining to what came back. Sold updates as you type.
- 2Under SKU Item Reconciliation, scan each barcoded item that came back unsold (or search for it) and click Mark Returned. Everything not scanned counts as sold. Undo takes a mark back.
- 3Click Confirm Reconciliation, check the totals, and click Confirm.
On the phone
- 1On Count back, type the physical count for each bin. Sold and its realized cost appear as you type.
- 2Every bin needs a number: a blank is not a zero. The button reads Submit count · N pallets left until each has one.
- 3Tap Submit count.
Submitting takes the sold units out of the bins, oldest stock first, at what each unit actually cost. The sales have no prices yet: those come from TikTok on the summary.
The summary: pull sales, match and finalize#
Admins and managers
After the count the show opens its Auction Summary. It walks three steps: Upload & Summary, Match Inventory and Profit Summary.
- 1Choose how to get the show’s sales: Pull sales from TikTok (pick the streams, no CSV needed) or Upload CSV (TikTok’s order export). Save as Draft saves what you have without pricing it.
- 2Under Which live streams were this show?, check the Business day and tick every stream that was this show (a restarted stream is a second one). Click Continue with the total.
- 3Review the gross and the fee lines. The fee is your shop’s rate from Settings → Business → TikTok Fees; click Edit on a line to change it for this show. Click Continue to Match Inventory →.
- 4Under Match Orders to Inventory, review what sold and add anything that was missed.
- 5Under Giveaway Items, pick what was given away for $0: barcoded items, and pallet units with a Giveaway qty. They leave stock at their cost and count as a cost, not a sale.
- 6If you uploaded a CSV, Predicted Cancelled Orders lists sales that match no order, which may have been cancelled. Remove them to put the items back in stock.
- 7Click View Profit Summary →, check shipping and host commission, and click Finalize & Create Sales Records.
On the phone the same close is Pull sales: tick the show’s streams, say what was given away, and tap Finalize with the gross. Details on finalizing, the show report and fixing a finished show are in Finalizing, show reports and fixing a show.
How TikTok orders are matched to sales#
Picking the show’s streams (or uploading the CSV) gives the show its gross sales. The order-by-order matching step is there for shows where sales were recorded on the web live screen: a TikTok order whose listing title carries a number (for example “#50”) is matched to that numbered sale, with a price-and-order fallback for the rest.
You do not need to match anything by hand for the numbers to be right. Matching adds the buyer and order to each recorded sale; the show’s gross comes from the streams you picked or the file you uploaded.
Who can do what#

Common questions#
I staged too much. Is that a problem?
Only if the count-back is wrong. Whatever you staged and did not sell should come back, and the count says so. Staging moves nothing out of your bins by itself.
I brought a bin out during the show that I never staged.
Add it on the live screen with + Add more pallets (web) or Add more pallets (phone), or on the phone’s Anything else to add? step after ending the show. Otherwise its units cannot be counted back.
The phone asks me to pull cancels but the web did not.
The cancels step is on the phone for staged shows. On the web, End Auction goes straight to the count, so make sure cancelled units are back on the set before counting.
Can I skip the live screen?
Yes. On the phone’s staging screen, Show’s over — count what came back goes straight to the count-back.
Why is the Sales tile on the live screen $0?
Nothing has been recorded with a price on that screen. That is normal: the show is priced from TikTok on the summary after the count-back.
My show says “Not finalized”.
It was counted back but never finalized, so its sales are not in your reports. Open it and finish the summary. If it is an old show whose sales came in through the TikTok import, close it out instead (see Closing out an old show).
I entered the wrong count-back and submitted it.
On the iPhone app, open the show: if it has not been priced yet, Edit sales reopens the counts. After finalizing, tap a bin to correct how many sold. See Finalizing.
Where do giveaways go?
Pick them on the summary’s Giveaway Items step (web) or the Giveaways section of Pull sales (phone). They leave stock at their cost and count as a cost of the show.
